RESEARCH
日本近現代文学。特に三島由紀夫作品と高度経済成長期の時代状況の影響関係について研究しています。特に、高度成長期の文化や風俗にみられる新しい動きが文学にどのように作用しているのか、また、社会という枠組みにおける文学の存在意義を考えています。

I am an associate professor of Faculty of Humanities,Yamaguchi University,Japan. My specialty is modern and contemporary Japanese literature. In particular, I am researching the relationship between the works of Yukio Mishima and the influences of the period of high economic growth. I am considering how the new movements seen in the culture and customs of the high-growth period affected literature, and the significance of literature within the framework of society.
